Event Participation

Participation in any Inclusive Kids Network event is voluntary. By attending, you agree to abide by any safety guidelines and respect the inclusive and supportive nature of our programs. We are not responsible for any personal items lost or damaged during the event.

Photography & Media

Photos or videos may be taken at our events to promote our mission. By attending, you grant permission for your image (or your child’s image) to be used for nonprofit promotional purposes unless you notify us in writing.

Volunteers & Board Members

All volunteers and board members are expected to act in alignment with our values of inclusion, respect, and integrity. Misconduct or violation of our code of conduct may result in removal from any volunteer position.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date.
